Citadel Care Center,  Mi Casa Nursing Center, and   Desert Cove Nursing Center are 3 of the 18 Life Care Centers in Arizona.  They provide short and long term skilled nursing care, including skilled therapies.

John J Rhodes Rehabilitation Institute, because the goal is to get patients back to their homes as quickly as possible, family members are given opportunities to participate in the patient's rehabilitation, as well as counseling and training to help them provide ongoing care. The Institute can also assist in identifying financial resources, support groups and other community resources.

Apache Junction Health Center
